An alteration and addition to a large 1980s home in Bellevue Hill aimed at improving the thermal comfort, and lift the dated aesthetic.  The design opened the home to the north sunlight, and rear yard, and focused on a contemporary Mediterranean aesthetic.  Design by dhw design.
